Covers all aspects of guns in the workplace: Profit & Safety, Liability, Immunity from Liability, for our changing times. 120 pgs.
'In the early 1970's when many states rushed to permit its citizens to carry concealed firearms, they did so for any or all of three reasons: to raise money from permit fees; to be sure those wishing to carry were competent; as a result of the fear raised by the racial riots and increasing crime of the late 1960's and early 1970's. Now with over 35 years of retrospect, it is clear that persons licensed to carry concealed firearms are not any more predisposed to commit violence than any other group of licensed persons. Because of their sense of self-preservation these licensed, decent, law-abiding, trained and armed civilians are far more of an asset than a liability when in public or in the work place.
