ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Jeff Keys has worked in the restaurant industry since 1968 and has owned restaurants in Crested Butte, Colorado; Ashland, Oregon; and Sun Valley, Idaho. He originally owned the Bellevue Bistro in Sun Valley. He opened Vintage Restaurant in 2003. Jeff lives with his wife and three boys on a farm south of Bellvue in the Wood River Valley, Idaho.
