ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Howard Linett has been a member of the Israeli Police Civil Guard since 1976 and a member of its Jerusalem sniper unit since 1995. A Civil Guard sniper instructor, Linett is a frequent lecturer to Israeli Border Police sniper courses and has instructed Israel Defense Forces sniper units. He is a life member of the Nat'l Rifle Association and an NRA-certified rifle, pistol & personal protection instructor.
