ABOUT THE AUTHORS:
Ted & Bill Merrill, both now in their late seventies, were the only children of schoolteacher parents and grew up in Kimberly, Gooding, and finally Fairfield in southern Idaho. Ted is retired from medical practice and lives in John Day, Oregon, Bill has retired from teaching in public schools and university and lives near Ladysmith on Vancouver Island, British Columbia.
