ABOUT THE AUTHORS: NEIL C. KELLY 1924-1999 was an expert fly rod angler who switched to saltwater spinning tackle at the age of 53, and then caught and released more gamefish in Baja California with artificial lures than anyone had before: 17,254 fish of over 50 species.
