He has contributed columns and articles to Maine Sportsman, Fly Fisherman, American Angler, Saltwater Fly Fishing, Fly Tyer, and American Fly Fisher. He is also the author of Tying Contemporary Saltwater Flies and Trout Streams of Northern New England. Dave appears at sportsman's shows across the United States and Canada. He lives in Steuben, Maine.
